60 minute spin and 7 miles on elliptical. Spinning is exposing the weakness in my left hip which probably has something to do with my foot injury.
65 minute spin class. 7.5 miles on elliptical.
Elliptical then 5.5 miles of RUNning on treadmill. Foot felt ok and I don't think I made it worse. We'll see how it feels tomorrow.
