Got started a little after 9 AM which turned out to be a terrible idea.  Road from Sugar House up to Wasatch Blvd, up Little Cottonwood Canyon, back along Wasatch, up Millcreek Canyon and back home. 3:51, 63 miles, ~16.3 mph, between 6,500 and 7000 ft. vertical, one water stop.
