AM crosstraining and PM bootcamp. We did push ups and planks then a 13 station circuit workout two times. Each station was a minute. I can't decide which station I hated the most.

did you do any burpees? i hate burpees. i start seeing stars every time i do those.

didn't do burpees, fortunately, but we did have to run with a big resistance band. If someone had tripped they would slingshot back into a pole.
