This week and next week are your last heavy loads of the training cycle so you shouldn't be feeling any pop. Your training has been great and will pay off.

I brought water and gels with me today thinking I might get my faster paced miles done before the weekend (I have Fridays off) but after a warm up thought I'd hit better paces if I waited for another day.
