The heat was brutal yesterday! At least I thought it was.
Hey ... I think a good handful of us is going to run City Creek on August 7th. Most of us don't touch your kind of speed, but if you feel like taking it easy. :)

Hey, you'd be proud of me. Today we drove 244 miles round trip to pick up our kids from their week long visit with their grandma. We drove during the hottest part of the day with no A/C in the car. Luckily they met us half way in Nephi. I don't think I would have survived if we had to drive the entire distance to Milford and then back.
