This run sure felt nice. I try to remember the feeling when we hit triple digits later this week. I'm not going to post my splits. They were consistent.

Teena you can't remember what my up coming races are and I don't know what they are. I am concentrating on training for St. George and getting our little house ready to rent by the 1st of the month. Next month I can think about a training race.
