10 on JRP. Started with a co-worker and we did 4 easy pickups before she headed back to work and I put in more miles. A bit windy today.

Wow! Your mileage is awesome! When/what is your next race?

Nice to have you blogging again.

I've sent in my lotto entry for St. George. I will be happy if I get in, but I will be happy if I don't, cause then I can run the City of Trees (Boise) Marathon. I might also run the Wahsatch Steeple Chase in June. Other than that I'm not sure......

Sounds like fun especially the Steeple Chase!

The Steeple Chase is great fun. Does it sound like enough fun to entice you to sign up Smooth?

That wind probably saved me from running on bum calf--it sure was nasty down here in Happy Valley.
So, if you're back to thinking Wahsatch (which I really-really want to do one of these years), does that mean you're not thinking UVM?
From Smooth on Tue, Apr 27, 2010 at 23:28:35 from 174.23.172.155
No thanks, fun for you trail runners; not for me...may be in a few years!
From fly on the Wall on Tue, Apr 27, 2010 at 23:29:37 from 166.70.192.189
Luckily I wasn't running when the wind got really bad up here. The dust was and probably still is awful.
Yeah, I guess I'm still thinking Steeple Chase and not UVM. Say, how is your friend, "You Know Who" doing?

YKW is doing mostly OK I guess. I don't know--she lives a lot closer than she used to and yet we seem to talk and see each other quite a bit less.

Nice to see you.

I wimped out on my late Tuesday night run because of the wind and dust. My legs feel great today. If you don't get into St George you could run in the inaugural Layton City marathon that same weekend. The course might even include some causeway and Antelope island.
From fly on the Wall on Fri, Apr 30, 2010 at 19:46:06 from 166.70.192.189
Thanks for the tip Kam. I just looked it up and Layton is the weekend after Saint George. If I don't get into St. George, I'll have to decide between Layton and Boise....
