Oh the air outside is frightful but the treadmill is so not delightful.  I wish it'd snow.  I wish it'd snow.  I wish it'd snow...  We need a storm to blow out this dirty stinking air.  Rather than try to hold my breath I ran on the dreadmill.  Is the air really any better inside the gym?

4 miles with 3x 1/2mile repeats @ 6:00 w/ 1/8 mile recoveries.  The machine maxed out @ 10 mph (6:00 min/mile), not that I wanted to go any faster or even could.

I need to figure out what I want to do next.

Nice work out Fly! Aren't you running Ogden this year? The Hurricane half marathon is a nice race on May 2.

You are hitting it good. I agree, the inversion is lame.

Wow, right back into the speed work. You are running at full tilt right now. I see you out running SirMalichai (Tim) soon.

Yeah, you should do Ogden. I'm running the full.

I'm pretty sure the air inside is a lot better. My lungs have been burning since we got back from St. George and I don't think the smog up here is as bad as in the Salt Lake valley.

I haven't decided about Ogden yet. I may do the 1/2? or the full? or????

Oh I love the song at the top of your post! I have been singing it to my husband all morning and he is about ready to call the divorce lawyers! I just keep telling him he won't find anything better! :) :)

I hope you do Ogden. Kimmy, Cristy and I are all doing the half.

I can't believe you can do speed work so soon after the race. You are a Animal!

LOVE your jingle there Mark. It puts a smile on my face. WOW! Looks like you're all recovered and ready for speedy speed work. You need to find a TM that max out at 12 mph. :)
