Run ave. 7:12 / 7:18 / 7:15 / 7:14 / 7:13 / 7:07 / 7:21 / 7:11 / 7:13 / 7:16 Finally a good tempo run. Not my fastest but fast enough for 10 miles up and down canyon. My leg muscles were definitely tired. Maybe I'm learning how to run fast (for me) on tired legs.
