Just building mileage back up.
First few miles with my coworker, neighbor, and running friend. He just gave his two weeks notice and is moving to Denver. I am bummed. I think I am cursed. Almost every running buddy I find leaves!

I hear ya! Every friend I make at work either moves away or gets a job in a different department. Now I don't even bother. I'm known as the quiet loner and I'm perfectly content with that.
