Cross-Trained - Did the eliptical trainer for one hour
Ran 10 miles on the treadmill at the gym. Did increasing amounts:
1 mile - 7.5 mph
2 mile - 7.6
3 mile - 7.7
etc...to 10 mile at 8.4
