10 miles - hill run. 1:18:41. Felt very good - last 2mile split was 15 min.
6 miles on the treadmill
11 miles around Berthoud. Very tough - 8:38's
10 miles on treadmill - 1:23ish
6 miles around the hood
14 miles with Eric - Lafayette/Louisville area
