pm: 8.5 workout of 7x800's with 2 min recovery. hard workout for me... there was a big wind but would have been pretty hot without it. times were (2:31, 2:31, 2:31, 2:31, 2:31, 2:29, 2:30) so pretty consistent but was supposed to hit 2:29 everytime but.. didn't i guess. Pretty tired after. |
