we were supposed to go 12 but because the trail we were going on ended suddenly so that was only 7.5, then after a water break we went and ran around the temple then some barefoot and by then we had been running for less than 2 hours because we stopped so much that we just didn't finish it.

pm: 8.5 workout of 7x800's with 2 min recovery. hard workout for me... there was a big wind but would have been pretty hot without it. times were (2:31, 2:31, 2:31, 2:31, 2:31, 2:29, 2:30) so pretty consistent but was supposed to hit 2:29 everytime but.. didn't i guess. Pretty tired after.

pm: 8.5 another workout of 12x400's. i guess it was better than yesterday but i felt about the same. all my times were about 1:10 up to 1:12 down to 1:07. so i was all over. i felt like i was pushing hard the whole time like i usually do but i wasn't getting very good times like i did last time i ran this workout. felt perfectly fine after which means it was prolly a mental thing. i guess i havn't been focusing on running like i did the beginning of track.

btw i won't be as consistent on writing on the blog till about August because my mom and dad are always on the computer planning for 2 weddings so i never get a chance to get on. :)
