had another workout today since we dont have a race this weekend. (another workout friday) it was 2x(2x1600 4x200's). i was able to do the whole workout this time... supposed to hit 5:24 and 33's. my splits were 5:22, 5:26, 31, 32, 32, 31, 5:24, 5:22, 30, 31, 30, 30. so it was a much better workout. but it felt very hard to hit my time because my breathing is still methed up. i feel shin splints starting to come on my left leg. |
