pm: 7.5. warmed and cool 1.5...coach reminded me of his evil times...then we got back and did 5x1000's. he told us we would have 8 because he wanted us to not go so fast which i guess worked. i was supposed to hit 2:50, i got: 2:58, 2,:49, 2:51, 2:52, 2:53. so it was not right on, but i'm happy with it. i'm feeling a lot better so i'm very excited for this weekend. i'm going to make it! |
