pm: 1 mile warm and cool with speed workout of 1x800, 1x600, 1x400, 1x200, 1x400, 1x200. i felt pretty good. loved the rain, it felt really good. splits were around 2:19, ~1:40, 1:06, ~30, then an all out 56 and 27. nice workout with good times. didn't feel way smooth though, which i've kind of been like all week. |
