am: 8.75; for once in my life i had a 1 mile warm up and a 1 mile cool :) it was lovely. Our workout was 5x1 mile with 400 rest. coach told me to hit a 5:40 on these so thats what i tried to do and i made sure not to go any faster, but my teamates casey and byron pushed me too fast on the last two. those guys are doing very well. splits: 5:38, 5:40, 5:38, 5:35, 5:30. solid pace. coach agreed that this was my 'tinman pace' |
