today we ran half a mile for warm up then did the dirt trail. it was a good run but i'm kind of grumpy. to me it felt like it was a painless run which i know coach said was impossible to have but thats what i thought.
kids club after. did some fun games with them and yoga and core after. they really liked the yoga stuff i showed them. they said "wow! thats the most relaxed i've ever felt." ....I'm the new cool kid in there book |
