am: no morning practice.
pm: 1.5 mile warm and cool and workout of 100m, 200m, 300m, 400m. all out with full recovery.
my back hurt so bad today. i really don't know what makes it hurt and what makes it feel better. there really isn't much you can do to fix your back but take pills and let it heal itself. i just feel like it won't let me go fast, like someone has me on a lease and will only let me go so fast. these hurt really bad though. we didn't time them but i was a lot farther behind than i should be. it's just really annoying. |
