AM: 3... getting loose again. it was quite quiet, as if we hadn't seen eachother for a week
PM: 8.75 2.5 warm up 2 cool with a work out of 2x1200; 2x1000; 3x800. It was a pretty solid workout splits were (i think, not sure) 3:53, 3:49, 3:12, 3:09, 2:31, 2:29, 2:28. during the 800's i had a bad sideache and there was a 5 mph wind. Bad workout wednesday :) |
