today coach said i could choose to do the workout or just a regular run depending on how i felt...and when i woke up at 7, i felt like junk. so i hit the snooze and slept till 8:30 missing my chance to run in the morning. but i finally got out at 6pm after helping my bro fix up his rental.

i had him drop me off at the park on the top of coral canyon and ran down past DI and where devin lives, then past the school to my brothers house, so i could work on my down hill running. i started out thinking i would run the 2 mile warm up and see how i feel and after that i felt really good so i gave it a shot. workout same as last saturday 4x(2:00minH, 1minE, 1minH, 30secE, 30secH, 30secE) all the 2minH were around 5:08 pace, 1minH were about 4:44 pace, and 30secH were about 4:15 (last one was 3:49)

I felt super amazing on all of these. i could have done 4 more sets just like this. I'm glad i could have a solid workout to end the week. goal's for next week: take care of my body by ice bathing, work hard the do well on all my workouts and prepare for region.
