Today was a bad start of sleeping in but i liked running down in that grass area. I'm starting to feel more confindent with running and feeling good. i will probably run 2 by the end of this week.
Swimming was different. i went to start my workout and tried to turn on my high tech watch and it wouldn't start, so that stunk and i didn't know how long i swam. i tried to do a 5 warm and cool, with a distance swim of constant for 20 min. but im not sure how long it was. |
