5:57.7 (5:40 pace),1:42 lap jog,6:02.2 (5:45 pace) (1:52 lap jog) 6:08.5 (5:51)
I then ran 5 laps in 6:58 before deciding that the last repeat sucked, so I did one more in 6:06.8 (5:49). I know this isn't the best I can do as I ran 24 laps in 18:24 about 3 weeks ago, I think I might just be underperforming slightly because of high volume.
