Some easy mileage + a lap hard at legacy in 1:26. Wish I could have held it through the 800m in 2:08 but it's fine. Hamstrings are sore already. Every time I begin doing weights/strength after a hiatus my core and hamstrings are always super sore, rarely my calves, and never my quads. The run was a testament to that. Probably gonna do core with trevor tonight.
