If anyone has any feedback on this, I'd appreciate it.

I've been eating less than usual lately to get my weight down a bit. I'm still eating, and eating well, but cutting out pointless calories, like chips and such. Yesterday I drank probably 3 bottles of water between when I had dinner and went to bed. Had a good dinner of pasta with salmon, and a bowl of cereal. So I woke up at 8 this morning, had maybe 5 grapes. Usually I eat a little more before I go on a morning run, but since moving out of Utah I haven't. I felt progressively worse on the 10 mile run today. It was hot out, and, naturally, I was sweating. I noticed my sweat wasn't salty, like at all. The structure's are new shoes, and heavier than my other lighter trainers, but still, I felt just like crap on this run. Last half mile I had to stop a couple times because I felt just sick to my stomach, like I'd throw up, but I didn't. Managed to get back to the condo, went to the bathroom, and went to do some strides. I got two in and had to sit down, I just felt awful! completely dead. Did another two strides and jumped in the pool to cool off. This next part is tmi, but vital to the problem I think. Went to pee after, and it was almost orange. But I thought I'd be well hydrated. I'm just kind of confused. I've drank a couple glasses of water since then. Any advice would be well appreciated.

PM - run after getting moved in. Felt better than this morning, averaged sub 7 pace so starting to somewhat get used to humidity.

Your body is probably just adjusting to the climate. You're used to the dry and cooler weather here in Utah. It's extremely humid where you are and way hotter than it is here. Just keep hydrating and eating well. If it doesn't get better soon maybe you need to see a doctor.

you might be low in sodium and electrolytes. possibly because of cutting out chips and such. also explains why your sweat wasnt salty. and explains your pee since if you are not getting enough electrolytes you would not be hydrating well even though youre drinking plenty of water

Any humidity dwellers can correct me if I'm wrong...but I think you're mostly just feeling the effects of running in warm temps and high humidity. Even for people accustomed to it, it takes a toll, and especially for those of us not. As far as the sweat, non-salty, etc. (And this is where I may be totally off) I think that's not all sweat. With the humidity you also pick up moisture from the air that contributes to the wetness on you. So I think it's a moisture/sweat mix.

Stick with it and see of it gets better and plan routes where you can drink along the way or carry water would bey suggestion.

I agree with Alex, it sounds like you were low on electrolytes. This is a problem that I struggle with a lot because it exacerbates my low blood pressure+ I live in Atlanta.

I drink at least one glass of emergenC every day, and I've upper it to two in the summer time. I'll supplement that with some gatorade if I'm going for over an hour. Also, as Alex says, you are lowering your salt in take by cutting out chips, remember to add salt to any home-cooked meal.
