AM - All juniors took the ACT today, so no school until noon. Ran three miles in to morning down to the adjacent neighborhood, where I discovered a trail I could climb up to. It was muddy and still pretty snow covered, but I liked it. It ended right after the normal brutal hill so it's nice to know there's a way to skip that. Avg pace 6:58.

PM - Mile warmup, then a "core" workout. I remember the first week of track being grueling as a sophmore and difficult as a junior, but this was really easy. If it had been longer maybe it'd be a challenge but we only had 6 core stations to go to and only had to do the exercises in 1 minute intervals, I'm thankful for all the sprinters being born in april because when we go by groups we always go by birth month and I'm with them. I stayed for hops, sleds, and balance, and then ditched. Three mile easy run shirtless(miniscule detail but whatever), was going to go longer but changed my mind. Avg pace 6:52. Headed to the track and did 4x400's with a 200m jog in between(probably 1 minute active rest). Soccer was having tryouts and they loved my outfit consisting only of BOA's and Zante's. I had constant cheers and whistles for me while I ran. Went 67, 70, 69, and 66. Wasn't too hard, but I want those times to feel really comfortable, they didn't feel too amaing, but I'd account that for completely dead quads from the past few days, and idk how much I like the Zante's for speedwork. It'll be nice to eventually do repeats with someone... one day. Anyway I prefer my LT's for sure. Came back and jumped in the cooldown and I don't think anyone noticed my absence. Another mile cooldown by myself afterwards.

Yoga and 3 miles later. No watch but it was quick.
