6 mile run in the blistering afternoon. It was 70 degrees and overcast, but as I started my run these conditions dissipated. I haven't been all too motivated as of late, so I watched a few motivational running videos before I ran, which got me too eager for the beginning of the run. My splits were 5:55, 6:46, 6:55, 6:59, 6:43, and 6:09. After the third and fourth mile I needed to stop to stretch out my still tight hamstring, so that's why those splits are a bit slower. Still, not a terrible run. Core when I got home.
