Actual running is much better than virtual running! :-)

Flexor Hallicus injury?

From Eugene on Fri, Dec 08, 2017 at 11:25:23 from 107.219.99.239

I don’t think so. I’ve been busy with end-of-semester duties so I didn’t research it, but according to the internet this runs along your inner foot. I only felt it on the outside of my left foot.

I’ve never had an “injury” that took more than 3 or so days of rest to abolish, so I’m being extra careful with this. I originally was going to take all of December off, but now I feel the need to actually determine what caused this pain for a better idea of recovery.
