2.5 WU, 6x9 strides with 2:30 rest. My freshman and sophomore year our coaches always talked about how the first 7 seconds of a race won't affect the rest bc lactic acid won't build up or something like that. I researched it last night and it's actually somewhere between 7-12 seconds depending on your raw speed. On the recovery I felt ready to go after about 20-30s so that's good. CD and Moes for 7.

3 miles running from the dorm to ChemE, to TCF, to Publix, back home. I stopped at the first two for classes and bought food at Publix(or would have, had I remembered to bring my wallet) so these miles weren't all at once. TCF to Publix was about half a mile, and I did that at 5:15 pace and it felt good. I feel pretty darn good.
