AM - 7.5 easy. I didn't sleep well last night so I was pretty groggy at 6AM. First 5 mile splits were 7:40, 7:30, 7:20, 7:10, and 7:00. Then my watch died and I pushed it a bit. Didn't feel hard, excited for Ragnar!
PM - core and 3 miles around. I would have done more, but I lifted so much I was fatigued
