Woke up at 4:45 AM to get in the workout with Christian. He had mission prep at 6:20 so we had to cut the workout short. 1x800, 2x400, 4x200 @goal mile pace. I went pretty dang hard in the 800(survivable) and ran what Christian hypothesized to be a 2:13. Rest of it was good, we went all out on the last 200 and i think I might have ran a high 26. Was supposed to be two sets but Christian had mission prep and my stomach wasn't feeling well because I tried to eat breakfast. Cooldown and strides for 7.
