| | 10 miles with stockton. We ran to his house to get some gloves and then headed up Smithfield Canyon via sunnyside. 10 mile run total. 1 mile tempo (5:13), half mile break, and then a final tempo half mile (2:28). 6:41 average

| | (guess on sleep time) Ran with Trevor, Stockton and Jordan for the first four on golf course, did the next half on the way home. Ran second half with Jordan. It was a pretty good run, and we got chased by a tiny dog.. 6:56 pace

| | started today off with a 2ish mile warmup, and then started my 3.5 mile tempo. The tempo was slow, 5:39, 5:38, 5:49, and a 2:50 final 800. finished with a 2.5ish mile cooldown to make 8, Saw Trevor and Jordan on the way

| | MERRY CHRISTMAS! Met up at Conners house today to go for a snow run, Im so glad it finally snowed! It was pretty darn cold. I felt good, but my legs started really hurting toward the end on the last few hills.
My first 2.7ish miles I didnt GPS, but we figured the total was close to 10. 6:57 average pace.

| | Hill reps today, Went up to USU and started there. Ran down to the island and did 6 hill repeats on a shorter hill there (similar to beauty) 29, 29, 29, 29, 30, and 26. I then went to another hill (in my opinion harder than the beast) and did 3 reps at: 1:19, 1:14, and 1:20. Cooldown to make 8

| | Slept way in today and then went for my run. Just for the record, a bowl of wheaties and a piece of pizza for lunch wont fuel you well for a run... Did a run up to green canyon and back, it hurt but I think that is because I am sick. Had to stop to put on my yaktrax partway up. (7:19 pace) I got some xc skis for christmas that I cant wait to take up green canyon!
