| | (not positive on the sleep time) We went up on the golf course route today, my legs were a bit tired but its a monday... Extended up Birch and Smithfield Canyon, good run and fairly fast. (probably due to running with Conner the last mile and a half...)average pace was a 6:49 |

| | Upper canal trail today, its been a while since I ran there last so it was fun. Muddy but pretty quick (6:49 AVG) Maybe some tempo tomorrow? |

| | Today I started with roughly 2 miles of warmup. After this Jordan, Stockton, Conner and I got lined up and did some tempo. Conner paced me for the last mile and it really brought my pace down. Stockton and Jordan stopped somewhere around the mile mark but then hopped back in later. 3.2 miles of tempo 5:30, 5:25, 5:13 and a 39 200... 16:47 5k. It felt pretty good and I tried it in spikes. Cooldown after.

| | 5 outside today and 3 inside. Outside went well but I had to bundle up, 6:57 pace.
Indoor my three miles went 6:22, 6:26, and 6:20.

| | Started with a warmup with the guys, then I planned on doing triple crown (hill repeats). Conner talked me into doing miracle makers for the first time. It hurt. More or less, its 3x mile repeats up some of our steepest hills (smithfield canyon, beauty, and beast). You run them pretty hard and try to keep the pace low. I ran 5:33, 5:24, and 5:16. It was one of the more painful workouts I've done, but I feel like It's going to help alot. Cooldown back to SV.

| | Slept way in today and my legs are shot. Nothing unexpected though. I'll be back for monday after a rest tomorrow. Easy day and easy pace 7:16
