| | Today Stockton and I ran Cedar Ridge extended in reverse. It was a solid run, kept the pace pretty high and did a 6:14 mile. Knees still sore.

| | I ran with Alex, Stockton, and Jordan. Easy 4, hopefully something semi hard tomorrow. We talked about STRAVA alot, Alex and Jordan are both gonna get one now, should be a fun new way to train!

| | mile warmup on the track, then a 1600 @ slightly faster then tempo: 5:14. 3 easy miles around smithfield with Stockton afterward.

| | Run around Smithfield with the 3 again. We took random roads and found a cool new path. Alex headed back @ 3 miles and we did 3ish more on golf course.

| | Went with brad up to a camp ground. He showed me the cool CX bike racing course they built up there. We did a little trail maintenance and I ran 3 miles on the road, 3 miles on the race track. Good mental break, it was lots of fun and a good potential training area. Mostly easy running.

| | after a fun night last night, I slept in today until 12:30ish. I didn't get around to running until the sun was going down. I ended up running about half of it in the dark. Boring route, but a good hill and I got to test my new headlamp. I found it at Wal-Mart for only 15 dollars - 150 lumens. It works really good.
