My legs are still super sore. I went to the gym with the intentions of swimming. I decided to ride a bike for a little bit to loosen up. I did 6 miles on a bike, then I decided to run for little while. I ran 3 miles. Afterwards I was planning on swimming, but I had to head home so Crystal could head to the gym for her workout. Maybe tomorrow I can get a 6 mile run in. That half marathon destroyed my legs!
