9 miles on the treadmill. It is super windy today, it has been constantly blowing at about 25-35 mph with gust up to 50 mph, so I was not going to run outside. I rode my bike to the gym and started my 9 miles. I hate running on treadmills, and apparently rice and beans is not a good lunch 3 hours before running. I was only able to go 3 miles, then had to stop and go to let some lunch out. Then I did 3 more, and had to let some lunch out. Then I did 3 more and rode home, uphill, straight into the wind, it was a hard bike ride. This run was nice and slow, I am still really sore from Saturday, so I went slow to not hurt myself.
