10 miles at 8:30 am. About .25 miles into the run I realized that during yesterdays run my armpits got rubbed raw. So I took my shirt off at 1 mile and laid it on the grass. Then for 8 miles I was thinking about whether my shirt was going to still be there or not, luckily it was. I ran 10 miles and wanted to do 3 consecutive miles (miles 7-9) at marathon pace. The run went well, I felt good the whole time, even when I was going at MP. I felt like I could have gone faster every mile, but this is training, not daily racing. Max HR 169 Avg HR 152 1 | 7:42.2 |
