51:17/8:33 Hill day. Went 3 miles up and 3 miles down ending in one of the gorgeous parks around town. It was chilly but sunny so it was nice to be out.
8:35 AP 5.5 miles at a comfortable pace, 3 mile flat tempo around the park @ 7:56, 8:04, 7:57, then a 1.5 mile cool down. Felt Like I pushed but also that I should be able to do these mile repeats faster. I’ll just keep at it.
