Nice work Eric. How are you feeling afterward?

From Eric Day on Mon, Feb 21, 2011 at 15:30:34 from 200.77.27.67

Yeah Eric! I am so glad that you are still enjoying running and getting out there. Are you forbidden to run hard?

Zombie land. haha! Nice job.

April: I'm forbidden to run, but since I'm very (VERY) stubborn, the Dr decided to let me run, but he emphasized in no hard effort (not good for my kidneys right now).

So, now I run at a very slow-jogging pace, but I get there, eventually.

=)

Thanks for the comments !!

way to go! You did awesome, and you are right... it *is* better than not running. You should be proud of yourself.

Is it sad to admit your slow jogging pace is the same as my hard running pace?

From Eric Day on Wed, Feb 23, 2011 at 20:33:19 from 200.92.103.214

Thanks Camille, sorry about the pace comment. I ran my best HM in 1:43, that 30 min less than this last one. Big difference in time....

But hey, nobody can take away our finishes, right?

From Camille on Wed, Feb 23, 2011 at 21:22:04 from 71.223.65.111

you have nothing to be sorry about. You are right, that is a big difference. I figure, as long as you do your best and have fun, that's all that matters, right?

And you are right, no one can take away our finishes. You just got more half marathon enjoyment for your buck.
