I'm happy and feel great.

BTW, my wife DID run the 5k, she did about 36 min, but she felt fine at the end. We are already talking about doing a 10k in the near future. How about that?!

Way to go Eric!!! I knew you were ready to go under 50. Now, like you said, you can work on building up your distance and concentrate on the 1/2 marathon. And yes, I'm aware of who Ochoa is. She is coming off one of the historically best seasons a golfer has ever had. Keep up the great training and stay healthy. Paul
