I ran 7 miles at Reginoal park its about 2 laps plus a little more.
7 miles down at the river. It was very hot. I stopped a few times for water.
Another hot solo run down at the river. Tried to get people to come but no takers. I just crossed 100 miles in my boost energy and so far I love them.
I did 5 at the Grass track. I brought Mariah with me and I we did about 2 miles bare foot.
Went and watched Brookhaven run.
