Nice hot easy run down at the river. Did I mention it \was hot.
HOT run down at the river.
Did 5 down at the river today it is still very hot. I got in a couple of striders to start breaking rust off.
Ran 3miles at the YMCA before work.
I ran with the Land Runners down at the river. I did six miles with four miles at 6:30 pace.
The first mile was a warm up mile and the next four were 6:22, 6:32, 6:27, 6:28 and the six mile was a cool down.
