I started my journey back to the top today. 3 miler at the field behind the kids school. I've been out because of a case of plantar fasciitis. I have been doing strengthening and stretching and all of the good stuff that goes along with it. I bought a pair of energy boost and like them so far. It's been about 8 hours since I ran and there is no pain. Thank you Lord. So short term goal is to get to where I can run a 15k and run Tulsa Run. O by the way it was hotter then hell outside.
