I ran 1 mile with the kids at 11:30 pace and it wore there little butts off. I then continued on to run 6 more miles. I had to cut my run short due to easter activities.
Went to Draper Lake to run on the hills. I added some fartleks but it was very hot so not as long as I wanted
I did 5 easy miles on the trails by my house along sooner road.
I did a solo 10 miler down out the river. I did 4 half mile at 5:30 pace.
