Well I had a very good workout today and there was no pain while I ran. I did a 4 mile tempo run. 5:49 5:45 5:42 5:37. After my workout I will definitely will know tomorrow if my ankle is good or will I be out for the count. I think if I end up being hurt I will take up power walking or just be a hobby jogger. Dear lord I don't ask for much but I would love to make it to a starting line sometime in my future. |
