I didnt run today. No excuses I was just being a wuss.
I had to work late today so I ended up going to the YMCA and running on the treadmill.
Today because of the weather I was forced on the treadmill again. I did a 4 mile cruise interval run. 6:00 6:00 5:53 5:45. I didn't run it any faster because it felt kinda of dangerous running that fast on a treadmill. Thank you mother nature.
10 on the treadmill. Enough said.
I had some pain in my ankle. I took the day off.

My ankle is feeling better. I'm going to give it a try tomorrow.
