Did speed work at the track. We had a good group show up. We did 3 mile warmup. Then 4x300 @ full speed. Then finished up with a 5 mile run around Edmond.
PM-- Today I did 8x1000 with Rodger, Blake and Jason. I ran 3:26 3:20 3:22 3:19 3:18 3:17 3:16 3:18. I felt great. I feel like my training is coming along.
