Today focus was on upper body workout. The ankle feels good. I'm going to give the treadmil a go tomorrow.
It was cold out side so I did my run on the treadmill at the YMCA. So far so good on my ankle.
AM-- spin class
I was supposed run down at the river today but it started to rain and it was cold so I chickened out and did 8 miles at the YMCA on the treadmill.

Ran down at the river. It was a beautiful day in Oklahoma today.
It was another beautiful day in Oklahoma. I did a 12 miler with Rodger @ the Landrunners marathon training run.
