My New Year started off bad.  For running that is. I have been training good and was going to start a official train program starting on the 1st. But on a easy long run at the Draper hills route I step on a rut made by a car and sprained my ankle and I thought I was done for.  So im currently taking a week off and hope for the best.

With the new year I'm getting back on track with working out and getting down to race weight. Todays focus was lower body and some core.
